Exhibiting Rules & Regulations
Eligibility to Exhibit
The District 12 REALTOR® Rally reserves the right to determine the acceptability of applications for exhibit space. The products or services to be exhibited must be of professional or educational interest or benefit to the registrant.
Enforcement of Rules & Regulations
By applying for exhibitor space, an exhibitor agrees to adhere to all conditions and regulations outlined in this prospectus.
No person, firm, or organization not having contracted with Show Management for space in the exhibit hall will be permitted to display or demonstrate any products, processes, or services, solicit orders or distribute advertising materials at the exhibition. Any infringement of this regulation will result in the prompt removal of the offending person from the exhibit hall.
Restrictions on Use of Space
All activities of each exhibitor, its employees and/or agents during the REALTOR® RALLY, which are directed toward REALTOR® RALLY attendees, must be confined to the exhibitor’s exhibit space. Single booths are 6 feet and double booths are 12 feet.
Food and Beverage
Exhibitors are prohibited from distributing food (with the exception of small wrapped candy or mints). All food, beverages, and supplies must be purchased through the Orlando Airport Marriott.
Each exhibitor is responsible for safeguarding its goods, materials, equipment, and exhibit at all times during the Rally. Show Management is not responsible for loss of or damage to any property.
Show Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to or to eject from the exhibit floor any objectionable or undesirable person.
Booth locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of Show Management. Placement will be made based on receipt of payment in full, extent of sponsorship, order in which contracts were received, electrical needs and, if possible, separation of direct competitors.
Management reserves the right to arrange the floor plan as necessary to facilitate a successful traffic flow.
Adherence to Schedule
No move-ins or move-outs will be permitted other than in accordance with the schedule set forth in the schedule of events. It is imperative that booths be properly manned during the posted hours.
Services Provided to the Exhibitors
All additional charges incurred including but not limited to electrical or internet services, shipping, and security fees are at the exhibitor’s expense. These services may be obtained directly from the hotel.

Payment and Refunds
The total amount for exhibit space is due upon reserving of space and signing of the contract. The last day for booth registrations is Thursday, June 14, 2012.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to CathyC@orlrealtor.com or faxed to 407.293.6380, or 1330 Lee Road, Orlando, FL 32811. No refunds will be available for exhibit space cancellations received after Thursday, June 21, 2012.
